A comparison site is only useful if you can trust how it's built. This page lays out where our money comes from, how we source and check firm data, and what to do if you think we've got something wrong.

Our independence pledge

Rankings are never for sale. A firm cannot pay to rank higher, remove a low score, or hide a rule it would rather bury. Affiliate relationships fund the site - they don’t decide the order firms appear in or the ratings they receive. When the data says a firm is weak, we say so, whether or not we earn from it.

How we make money

When you sign up with some firms through our links, we may earn a commission - at no extra cost to you, and often alongside a discount you wouldn’t get otherwise. That’s the only way we make money from firms. We do not sell placements, we do not take payment to change a score, and there are no “sponsored” rankings. The full breakdown lives in our affiliate disclosure.

How we source and verify firm data

Firm data comes from primary sources first - the firms’ own rulebooks, pricing pages and dashboards - and is corroborated against what traders actually experience. We open and run accounts, track payouts, and re-check firms on a rolling basis and whenever we’re alerted to a change. Each firm record carries a verification date so you can judge how fresh the figures are. The complete process is documented in our data & methodology.

What “verified payout proof” means

When we mark a payout as verified, it means we’ve seen dated evidence that a firm actually paid a trader on the terms it advertises - not a marketing screenshot or a testimonial. Verified payout proof is the single biggest factor in whether we trust a firm, because a generous rule set is worthless if the withdrawal never arrives.

How to report inaccuracies

Firms change rules, fees and payout terms regularly, and we don’t catch every change the moment it happens. If you spot something wrong - an outdated rule, a dead discount code, a number that doesn’t match the firm’s own page - tell us through the contact form. We check reports against a primary source and correct genuine errors. What we won’t do is change a rating or remove a documented drawback because a firm asks us to.
